I believe fulfilled intimacy changes the world.
Not because s€x saves the planet
but because PRESENCE does.
You know why the ability to feel is the most important thing for intimacy?
Because intimacy isn’t created by attraction.
It is actually created by capacity.
This is why I care so deeply about helping people change the baseline of their nervous system, so they can actually feel.
How we experience our emotions
is how we experience our body.
How we experience our body
is how we experience sensuality, s€xuality, and intimacy.
And that’s how we meet another human being.
When the nervous system is constantly braced, rushing, or guarding,
there is no room for depth…. intimacy or connection …
No room for curiosity.
No room for care.
I genuinely care how people love.
How they are loved.
How they touch.
How they stay.
Because people who can feel
become people who care.
People who are connected to their inner life
don’t need to dominate, numb, or disconnect.
They listen.
They respond.
They care about the impact they have on bodies, on hearts, on the earth.
Relationships don’t have to last forever to matter.
Depth happens in moments of real contact.
Some people travel the world together.
Some people travel inward together.
And some never go anywhere …
because they’ve never learned there is place to go inside of themselves… there is no depth.
