Why I Created Sacred Aliveness
I created Sacred Aliveness because I lived the cost of not having it.
I know what it is to be a woman who gives her body before she knows it belongs to her.
Who performs desire instead of feeling it.
Who learns, slowly and painfully, that the most radical thing she can do is come home to herself.
This work is not something I studied from a distance.
It is something I have walked - through my own body, my own awakening, my own reclamation.
I offer it with devotion of someone who knows what is possible on the other side.

Weekly rhythm is not arbitrary. From a neurological perspective, new neural pathways require consistent, rhythmic activation to survive and deepen - some neurons, once awakened, begin to die within hours if not tended.
Six month of weekly presence is how this work moves from experience into permanent shift.
