Phoenix Rising

A 6-month journey into your Sacred Power

This is a journey into the inner marriage between your feminine and masculine.

Because the feminine cannot fully unleash where there is no structure strong enough to hold her.

What does it mean to reclaim your power as a woman?

We can be incredibly strong women and still give our power away every day without even realizing it.

We give it away when we don’t trust what we know. When we keep explaining ourselves hoping somebody will finally understand. When we say yes when our body is saying no. When we are afraid to disappoint. When we stay in relationships, friendships, work or situations that are no longer true for us. When we don’t ask for what we want. When we make ourselves smaller around somebody else’s power. When we change ourselves in order to be loved, chosen, accepted or kept.

Sometimes we do the opposite — we control, push, overwork, overthink and do everything ourselves because somewhere inside of us we don’t trust that we can let go or we will be ok or who would do it, if not us.

These patterns don't only live in our thoughts. They live in our bodies, our nervous systems, our relationships and in the choices we make every day.

Power lives in the moments when we stay connected to ourselves.

It is there when I can feel my body's no and honor it before I have an explanation that makes sense to everybody else.

It is there when I can want something deeply and allow that desire to matter.

It is there when I can disappoint somebody and remain connected to myself while they have their feelings about my choice.

It is there when I can speak the truth that is trembling in my body instead of swallowing it to preserve the relationship.

It is there when I can love someone without making myself smaller so there is enough room for them.

It is there when I can feel another person's power, disappointment, withdrawal, success, desire or disapproval without immediately reorganizing myself around it.

This is where power becomes embodied.

We begin to experience that our truth can have consequences and we can survive them.

Our desire can ask something of us and we can respond.

Our boundaries can disappoint people and we can remain loving.

Our life can change and we can stay present inside the unknown.

The more we experience ourselves this way, the less our life is organized around being chosen, approved of, understood, needed or kept.

We begin choosing too. We begin listening. We begin deciding.

And slowly, the authority for our life comes home.

SOVEREIGNTY & BECOMING THE PROVIDER OF YOUR OWN LIFE

Providing for ourselves goes much deeper than money.

We provide for ourselves when we create the conditions our soul needs in order to live, when our body is exhausted, protection when something repeatedly hurts us. We provide truth when silence is costing us our aliveness, when something inside of us needs time to emerge. We provide money and resources so that our choices are not entirely determined by survival. We provide beauty, pleasure, friendship, creativity, touch, movement, community and nourishment because these things are part of being alive.

And we provide direction when we know it is time to move.

This changes the way we enter relationship.

A partner can add extraordinary love, protection, generosity, devotion and support to our life. We can receive deeply from another human being because receiving is one of the great experiences of intimacy.

And at the same time, the ground underneath our existence belongs to us.

Our ability to survive does not depend upon abandoning ourselves.

Our belonging does not require us to become smaller.

Our security does not require us to remain somewhere our soul has already left.

This is sovereignty.

It is the experience of knowing: I can love you deeply, need you, receive from you, build with you and allow you to matter enormously to me — while still remaining the woman responsible for staying connected to myself.

Phoenix Rising is where we begin to look at all of it.

Over six months, we will explore where your power lives and where it leaks — emotionally, mentally, energetically, relationally, sexually, creatively and financially.

We will look at the woman you learned to become in order to survive, belong, be loved, be chosen, stay safe or succeed — and we will begin asking whether she is still the woman you want leading your life.

We will work with boundaries. Your voice. Your relationship with money. Your ability to receive. Your ability to take action. Your relationship with women and men. The ways you lead and the ways you follow. The places where you control and the places where you collapse. Your relationship with your own inner masculine and feminine.

What we explore together

Emotional Power

feeling what is actually true in you. Where you numb, where you manage everyone else's feelings before your own, where you learned that your emotions were too much.

Mental power

the beliefs and stories that decide for you before you even get to choose. The voice that says "who would do it, if not me?"

Energetic and spiritual power

your boundaries, your sensitivity, your connection to something bigger than the doing. Learning to rest in your own field without disappearing or controlling.

Sexual power

desire, pleasure, yes and no. The life force you may have learned to hide, perform or give away.

Financial power

your relationship with money, worth and receiving. Where you overwork, undercharge, or don't trust that you can be supported.

Integration

bringing all of it home. So what you reclaimed is no longer something you visited, but who you are.

And underneath all of it, your nervous system. Because insight alone does not change a pattern. Safety does. Presence does. Practice does. We work with resonance, with the body, with what actually comes up in your life – until your system learns that it is safe to hold more.

‍ ‍WHY THE INNER MASCULINE MATTERS

THE GROUND UNDERNEATH YOUR OWN FEET

Every woman needs somewhere inside herself that she can stand.

A place that remains when somebody leaves, disagrees with her, when she has to make a decision nobody else can make for her.

A place that can hold her when desire opens something enormous, when grief tears something apart, when sexuality awakens parts of her she has never known, or when her soul begins asking for a life very different from the one she has been living.

It is our capacity to stand underneath our own life.

It is the part of us that develops the emotional, physical, financial and relational structure that allows us to belong to ourselves.

It learns how to make decisions, hold boundaries, provide, protect our time, our energy, our body, our creativity and the things we know are sacred to us.

It learns how to have the conversation we have been avoiding, walk away when staying requires self-betrayal and stay present when intimacy becomes uncomfortable and something real needs to be spoken.

It learns how to take the vision living inside of us and build something around it and becomes a part of us that our feminine can trust.

This is how we become someone our own body can begin to rely on.

THE FEMININE

WHEN THE FEMININE HAS SOMEWHERE TO LAND

Something begins to change when a woman trusts that she will stay with herself. She can become curious about what she wants because wanting something no longer automatically means losing control of her life.

Her sexuality can become a relationship with her own life force, desire can become information about what is hungry for more life, sensitivity can become a way of perceiving subtleties that her mind might miss.

Her emotions can move through her body carrying information, instead of immediately becoming problems she has to solve.

Her intuition can become something she develops a relationship with through listening, testing, experiencing and learning to recognize the difference between fear, conditioning and deeper knowing and her creativity can become the force through which she continually creates herself and her life.

Creativity is there when she imagines a relationship she has never experienced before.

When she creates a business from something she loves.

When she changes the way she lives.

When she finds a sentence for something she has never been able to say.

When she makes something from an impulse that existed only inside of her until she gave it form.

THE INNER MARRIAGE

The inner marriage begins when these two intelligences inside of us start listening to one another.

The feminine feels what is alive.

The masculine asks: What does this need from me?

Desire arises, and we listen long enough to understand what the desire is actually asking for.

A boundary appears in the body, and we give it words.

A vision comes through, and we begin creating the structure that could make it real.

Something feels wrong, and instead of overriding the feeling, we become curious about the information it carries.

Something feels profoundly right, and we allow ourselves to move toward it.

Our sexuality opens, and we become capable of protecting its sacredness while also allowing ourselves to experience its intensity.

Our creativity brings something unexpected, and we give it time, resources and devotion.

Our soul speaks, and our life begins responding.

The feminine is life moving through us.

The more deeply we can hold ourselves, the more of that life we can allow.

A feminine that is free enough to reveal what is true.

A masculine that is strong enough to hear it and respond.

And a woman who becomes increasingly capable of living from the conversation between them.

Because the deepest power is not simply knowing who you are.

It is becoming able to build a life that is in relationship with who you are.

And this is not only something we are going to talk about.

We will work with what actually comes up in your life and in your body. Through somatic work, nervous-system work, process work, embodiment, practices and the real situations you are living, we begin to make visible what has been running underneath.

Because empowerment is not something I can give you.

It is something you begin to recognize, reclaim and embody within yourself.

  • This Is For You If…

You have become very good at functioning, taking care of things and being strong, and there is another part of you that wants to feel more alive inside the life you have built.

You can feel that you have outgrown certain ways of relating, working, loving or living, even if you don't yet know what comes next. You are tired of knowing what your patterns are and still finding yourself inside them.

You want to trust your body and your own knowing more deeply.

You want to understand your desire instead of fearing it, judging it or immediately talking yourself out of it.

You want to speak more honestly in your relationships and stay connected to yourself when another person has a reaction.

You want to experience your sexuality as something that belongs to you and carries your own life force.

You want a deeper relationship with your creativity, intuition and soul.

You want to become more financially, emotionally and relationally sovereign so the choices you make can increasingly come from what is true for you.

You want to receive love, support, pleasure and partnership while remaining deeply rooted in yourself.

And somewhere inside, you know there is more of you waiting to be lived.

‍ What becomes possible

You begin to know yourself underneath the identities you learned to survive inside of.

Your voice carries more of you because you are speaking from what you actually feel instead of from what you think will be easiest for somebody else to receive.

Your desires become clearer because you have stopped silencing them before you have even heard what they are trying to tell you.

Your body becomes a place you know how to listen to.

Your no becomes cleaner. Your yes becomes fuller.

Your relationships become more honest because the person in front of you is actually meeting you.

You become increasingly capable of receiving love without disappearing inside of it.

You learn how to let someone matter deeply while continuing to belong to yourself.

You begin creating financial, emotional and practical structures that support the woman you are becoming.

And perhaps most importantly, you develop a relationship with yourself that can hold change.

Because when you trust that you can hear yourself, protect yourself, care for yourself and act on what you know, your life can become much larger.

You can risk more truth, intimacy, creativity, pleasure, being seen.

You become available creating the life that has been calling you.
