Sacred Aliveness
is an advanced initiation for women who feel the call to reclaim their sexuality not as something they do — but as who they are.
Sexuality lives in the same neural circuitry as our sacred identity.
When we touch it, we are not just changing how we experience pleasure.
We are changing what we allow ourselves to feel, express, and embody.
This work cannot be rushed.
It requires safety, trust, and time.

THE JOURNEY
Sacred Aliveness is a 6-month private container with two distinct phases:
First half you build the foundation — nervous system safety, desire capacity, self-trust, and embodied listening.
The second part the work deepens into feminine sexuality and Life Force Activation as a pathway to wholeness and truth.
In this phase, we work with:
Feminine sexuality as self-trust and self-love.
Pleasure as nervous system regulation and expansion.
Healing numbness, shutdown, shame, or dissociation.
Self-pleasure as presence (not performance).
Breath, sound, movement, and voice.
Yoni practices, including yoni egg work.
Reclaiming erotic life force as creativity, confidence, and vitality.
This is not about “better sex.”
It is about coming home to yourself — fully embodied, self-honoring, and alive.
This work is an invitation to be so present with yourself and listen deeply, patiently, and honestly — until your life begins to reorganize around what is true.
